- Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are applicable only in case of defective or damaged products received.
Customers must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos as proof.
Refunds will not be provided for minor color/design variations due to photography or screen resolution.
- Non-Refundable Situations
Change of mind or dislike of product after purchase.
Wrong size/design ordered by customer.
Delay in delivery caused by courier service or factors beyond our control.
Products damaged due to mishandling or misuse after delivery.
- Refund Process
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method.
In case of COD (Cash on Delivery), refund will be issued via bank transfer/UPI.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
- Exchange Option
Instead of a refund, customers may choose an exchange of the same value product (subject to stock availability).
Exchange request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
